The OcheLens software, its original interface design, branding and original written and visual content are owned by Mohammad Asif.

This excludes third-party software, open-source libraries, fonts, icons, platform services, trademarks and other third-party materials, which remain subject to their own licences and terms.

No ownership is claimed over generic darts rules, scoring conventions, dartboard layouts, or any third-party trademarks or brands mentioned or shown.

OcheLens is a working name. It is not a registered trademark and has not been trademark-cleared. No patent, certification or formal legal review is claimed.

Access to OcheLens is a personal, revocable licence to use the service during the private beta. It does not transfer ownership of, or any right to, the source code, design or other intellectual property.

Please do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its original content.

OcheLens is a prelaunch prototype provided as-is. Features, including premium camera scoring, may change, be limited or be withdrawn.

Camera scoring is experimental and its real-board accuracy is not proven. Manual scoring is the dependable core; always check scores yourself.

OcheLens involves no betting, gambling, prizes or payments.
